Our psychotherapists provide counseling to people across their lifespan. Our programs provide clients with tools to effectively navigate their environment and to live a healthy and fulfilled life. We are here to navigate your journey to recovery and increase access to effective and compassionate treatment.

How Do We Do It?

We utilize a variety of interventions and strategies that are evidence-based in designing an experience unique to each client. Some of the interventions that we use are:

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which is an evidence-based psychotherapy intervention useful in treating personality disorders, mood disorders, and suicidal ideations, as well as for changing behavioral patterns such as self-harm and substance use.

  • Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), an intervention focused on exploring and changing ineffective ways of thinking, learning patterns of unhelpful behaviors, and learning better ways of coping with stress, depression, and anxiety.

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which is a structured therapy that is designed to alleviate the distress associated with traumatic memories by encouraging the client to recall these distressing experiences while doing bilateral stimulation, such as side-to-side eye movement.

  • Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), a brief goal focused, evidence-based therapeutic approach that incorporates positive psychology principles and practices to help us change unhealthy behaviors by constructing solutions rather than focusing on problems

Individual Counseling
