Step 1: Create an Individualized Plan

To help you live your best life, our veteran therapy in Colorado Springs starts with identifying an individualized plan of care to meet your specific needs. Whether you are looking to decrease pain and disability, improve strength and coordination, or just be more independent, our Nurses and Therapists can guide you through your personalized journey. Our team of health care professionals can also help you manage your daily health needs, whether it be in our clinic or in the comfort of your own home.

Mental Health Services

We are proud to offer all of our services specifically tailored to meet our veteran’s needs. We offer both in clinic and in home settings to help our Healing Heroes, including crucial mental health services. These services include, but are not limited to:

  • Interventions and strategies that are evidence-based in designing an experience unique to each individual.

  • Individual counseling, providing a space for you to open up without judgment or fear with a person you trust.

  • Family counseling, where you can build and improve upon existing communication skills, promoting healthy boundaries and problem-solving skills.

  • Group counseling, where you can tackle your own, personal troubles in a safe, healthy environment rich with support and camaraderie.

In-Home Veteran Healthcare Options

Our care team is ready and more than willing to provide physical, occupational, and speech therapy in the comfort of your own home. As part of a collaborative healthcare team, we work together to improve your function and independence and restore your quality of life. During veteran physical therapy, our team focuses on your personal movement goals and our occupational therapists offer alternate ways of performing everyday tasks so you can better care for yourself. They can show you how to do laundry, prepare your own meals, and so much more. Speech-language pathologists are also available to provide interventions as needed to individuals who have swallowing difficulties or communication disorders.

Don’t give up! We can help you do the things that matter most to you. If you or a loved one is a veteran who can benefit from these services, contact us today to schedule an intake appointment!
