As an applicant for one of NTSOC’s full-time CNA jobs, your qualifications are reviewed and compared to the specific needs of a client and their family. If you aren’t looking for a job with a full-time commitment, part-time CNA jobs are also available.

On-Call CNA shifts are also available. We are looking for CNAs who have at least 1-year experience to cover these types of shifts. CNAs are contacted during these shifts to respond quickly to provide needed coverage for a client’s care CNAs provide in-home care by assisting clients with ADLs, such as bathing, dressing, or eating.  They also perform other tasks such as taking vital signs, providing medication reminders, or preparing meals.

As a care provider to children with special needs or adults with developmental disabilities, you will need to demonstrate certain qualities. Interactions during care can be unpredictable.  Your ability to understand your client’s or their family’s intense emotions during times of frustration can help ensure a healthy, supportive environment. It is important for a CNA to be:
