NTSOC was started by a parent with a special needs child in 2001 so parents can get their children Medicaid waivers and be trained to be paid CNAs while taking care of their families and their medically fragile child. NTSOC provides supportive services to special needs pediatric patients and their families. Governed by a voluntary Board of Directors, NTSOC serves families throughout El Paso, Fremont, Pueblo, and Teller counties.

Job Summary: Provides office support services for assigned function(s) in scheduling and staffing. Coordinates On-call CNA selection and scheduling of On-call, Emergency and Pool CNAs. Supports field staff to achieve the highest level of productivity by complying with orders and agency performance expectations while providing quality customer service to clients and staff. This is under the oversight of department director and assistant director of Clinical Services. The position may require after-hours or on-call schedule.
